By accessing or using the Kiwipolis platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

2 Description of Service

Kiwipolis is an online platform designed to provide teachers and educators online games.

3 User Accounts

To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Kiwipolis and its content, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and software, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of this content without our prior written consent.

5 User Content

You are solely responsible for the content you submit to the platform. You grant Kiwipolis a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content for the purpose of operating the platform.

6 User Conduct

You agree to use the platform in a lawful and respectful manner. You may not:

• Post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or any other user’s enjoyment of the platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its systems.

Kiwipolis reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the platform for any reason, without prior notice.

8 Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9 Limitation of Liability

Kiwipolis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the platform.

10 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kiwipolis from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of the platform or your violation of these Terms of Service.

11 Changes to Terms of Service

Kiwipolis reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.

12 Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Québec, Canada.
